fps drops and delay is fixed but it just feels so unsmooth it has to be my montior i was freebuilding on my second monitor after this and it feels way smoother idk if you can see it in the clip but its like it freezes for a second even with no fps drops

Regret buying an i9 build now icl i cba with this shit no matter what i do i get the worst fps drops and if my fps isnt dropping it still feels unsmooth and hitches tried every cpu/ram oc and timings as humanly possible wasted so much time in the past month its unreal so tempted to sell it and just cop a ryzen
