I’ve heard people say, ‘But it’s Real Madrid, you must go if they call.’ No. Not every big name fits every manager. I prefer a place where the project matters more than headlines, where people understand that success is built, not demanded overnight. Madrid is perfect for some coaches but not for me. I like control, I like development, I like loyalty. And honestly, I don’t see those things lasting very long there.”
