I can stay at such a place all day long, drooling at the breathtaking views. I think for me it just resets my thoughts and brings me this mental peace that is really crucial for achieving productivity. In case you are wondering, this is how mesmerising the view looks in the evening post-sunset.

I believe that no matter how much a person chases productivity there should be times when one should simply put that to a pause and have that slow morning with focus on recovery rather than productivity. I think breaking your daily routine and doing something for your health and happiness is a convenient way to implement this thought.

I started WORDLE as a means to pass the time during those endless code builds where I am basically doing nothing but overlooking the progress at each stage in the pipeline but now I believe it has turned into a competitive habit.

I want to see a Ferrari driver at pole position this F1 season and that will happen only if the engineering team can bring in some ground breaking upgrade for at the moment the car is looking slower than McLaren and Mercedes.

I think that the Sprint Qualifying result for Canadian GP is an overview of the constructor ranking at the moment. I see this as an illogical system that is set in place to favour the employer not the actual person behind the growth of the organisation. If someone is an over performer then he should not be payed less in a quarter when the organisation did not made profit as per usual. If the performance of the person has not altered then their pay should not be altered.

I do not understand the point behind varying the performance pay of an employee when his performance has not varied over the course of the payout cycle. If the payout percentage need to be changed than it should purely be on the basis of performance so if that is something that organisation want then evaluate the employee every payout cycle and based in his rating vary his performance pay.

I think it is highly unfair on the part of an organisation to vary the performance pay base level each quarter. I mean it should not be proportional to an organisation performance metric such as the quarter on quarter growth rather it should be defined based on the annual performance of the employee.
