Just read volume 1 of Daemonsof the Shadow Realm. I really admire Arawawa-sensei’s relentless pacing. She somehow keeps the plot speeding forward without neglecting exposition and character-focused moments. And her humor is spot on.

For a solid 45 seconds, this (rather poor) English translation had me wondering who the hell was using cows to plow people down.
