These permissions are completely optional and disabled by default. You're automatically opted out. Roblox's oAuth just shows them because they exist as features (like uploading assets or managing game passes), but you have to manually select a game or group to enable any of them. When you continue, you'll see only 2 permissions are actually active: viewing your Roblox username and ID. That's it. Metain isn't something you install, it's purely web-based using Roblox's own official oAuth system.
