When I was in Minneapolis, I heard a number of crazy stories. But near the top of the list: A couple of off duty ICE and CBP officers were going to dinner in Minneapolis. They were doxed and their location revealed, and the restaurant was then mobbed. The officers were locked in the restaurant, and local police refused to respond to their pleas for help (as they've been directed by local authorities). Eventually, their fellow federal agents came to their aid. This is just a taste of what's happening in Minneapolis because state and local officials refuse to cooperate with immigration enforcement. They have created the chaos so they can have moments like yesterday, where someone tragically dies and politicians get to grandstand about the evils of enforcing the border. The solution is staring everyone in the face. I hope authorities in Minneapolis stop this madness.

One of my greatest mistake in crypto was believing that anyone on this app is impartial. Every fucking person has an agenda and is either directly or indirectly pumping their bags. (Only caveat might be @cobie) VCs? Use all the financial linguistic soup de jour to pump their latest investment or investment that is about to begin unlocking. Unless of course it can create blowback and impact future deal flow. Then we stay quiet. Podcasts/Streams? If you’re a sponsor, you are protected. If podcaster is on good terms with the founder, the sharp topics will swerve around you. How many ETH podcasts criticize Ethereum in a meaningful way? Slightly maybe? and even then with velvet gloves. Same with the teams more aligned with Solana. Look at the TPS debate for the past few days. who gives a shit? What Solana counts as TPS doesn’t matter. What matters is that Solana is fucking dominating. They are winning. Technology is led by talent, not the other way around. Right now Solana has the gravitational pull of blackhole. The top young builders and minds (generally) are going to Solana. This doesn’t mean they have won and Ethereum has lost. But the longer my Ethereum bros ignore this harsh reality, the longer it will take for them to make their epic comeback.
