@eeveechesties I find cold stuff is easier than warm when really nauseated too you might be different on that front! pedialyte popsicles are a lifesaver and these strips helps with the overheating/sweating/headache that comes with the nastiness

@eeveechesties ugh that's the worst I'm sooo sorry! when I have severe vomiting episodes I usually do saltines, applesauce, smoothies, juice (apple/fruit punch), plainish sorbets or italian ices, plainish rice, plain lunch meat, ritz, spoonful of nutella or PB, and sometimes oatmeal

@whens006 lol that would be so funny! mine is downtown and actually also listens to you/takes symptoms in account/collaborates on a treatment plan if you ever need a recommendation at some point. I've had migraines for around 21 years now and he's the best neuro I've worked with!!
