Bitch ...I don't care. Food stamps and WIC should only cover the most basic of food and nutritionally necessary items. It should only cover the generic or store brands instead of the more expensive name brands. Your decision to have sex and create children that you cannot afford to feed was your decision...and your responsibility. SNAP and WIC should only be for temporary basis under temporary unemployed situations and women/men accepting SNAP/WIC should be placed on birth control. If you have more than 3 children and on welfare you need to have your tubes tied.
