@VictoriasSecret you service is THE WORST if you are NOT cancelling the order and 3 days before delivery YOU cancelled items and have not refund the money and taken 14 days to answer of course there will be no sizes and no gifts. I want to CANCEL EVERYTHING!

@VictoriasSecret I have been trying to make a big purchase 5 times and every time my sale has been cancelled with no confirmation email. Now the blanket and tote are gone. 7 CS crappy agents wasting time and disconnecting. You had such great service, how disappointing.

@VictoriasSecret your chat is the worst, AZENITH was the worst agent I have found in my life. He didn’t speak English took 45 mins to not read and understand the problem, solve nothing and copy pasted the answer I knew already? You CANCELLED an order that took 2 days for me.

@bonsai222492134 こんばんは！アドバイスありがとうございます。盆栽は回復しました。今回、真柏・黒松盆栽は緑色でしたが、2週間前から茶色に変わってしまいました。日光に当てることができません。1日2回水をやっています。どうしたらいいでしょうか？

@mexicousb 外側にある大きな葉は切り取り、中にある小さい葉に日を当てるようにします。盆栽は強いところを抑えて、弱いところにエネルギーが行くようにして、全体にバランス良く育つようにします。写真は葉を透かしたもみじです。日当たりが強くなってきましたら、日に当てる時間を短くする等調整してください。

盆蔵は、６月２９日〜３０日にヨコハマハンドメイドマルシェの出店が決まっております。 よろしければそちらの方にも遊びに来てください☺️

@bonsai222492134 他の質問させていたきます。🙇🏻‍♀️ 岩の中のモミジはきれいに育っているのですが、最近葉の一部が黄色くなってきました（一番上の葉は緑色で大丈夫です）。 水やりは1日1回、草/苔が乾燥していると感じたらスプレーしています。 室内で、1日4時間窓際に置いているのですが、お勧めはありますか？写真添付。

@mexicousb 乾き方は日当たりや気温、風の強弱によって変わります。乾くまで2~3日かかることもありますし、1日で乾くこともあります。わからないことはまた、質問してください。盆蔵

@bonsai222492134 わかりました。乾くまで待ちます。水を吸収するのに長い時間（2日）かかるのは普通ですか？ ありがとうございます！

@mexicousb 心配されている葉が枯れた原因は水不足ではありません。乾いたらたっぷり水を与えてくださいね。あわてて水をやりすぎないように注意して根腐れしないようにお願いします。盆蔵

@bonsai222492134 @bonsai222492134 こんにち、5月と先週の日曜日に二つの盆栽を購入しました。実は一つの盆栽は盆栽の一つは美しかったのですが、急にダメになってきています。葉が乾き始め、水を吸収していません。室内に置いて、コバエを1プッシュとハイポネックスを2滴入れていますが、どうすればいいでしょうか?

@mexicousb 桜の盆栽は毎年3月頃うちではネット（メルカリ）で販売しています。 出店ネームは「ふちゃ丸」ともうします。来年はもう少し販路を広げたいと思ってますのでどこかその時期にイベントなどに出展できればまたご報告しますね🤗 この度お返事遅れたことホントにごめんなさい。今後ともよろしくお願いしま
