@isosteph Hahaha! I used to do this exact same thing. And there was a time that I actually used that paper for math (oh so much math). Today, I still have that habit, but instead of math, it's for my kids to do art, writing, whatever with.

The tomatillo salsa gives the sauce a sweet, well-rounded base (some nice umami notes as well). Ritchie's brings the 🌶️🔥!

In a delicious collab with my wife, we made another hot sauce we're calling "Hot Sweet Mess". It's a blend of mostly her garden-grown tomatillo salsa + some Ritchie's hot sauce.

If you haven't been to a grill-it-yourself Korean BBQ place with somebody who knows how to order and how to properly cook -- you're missing out! Case in point: Grill the kimchi. I've even made pork belly kimchi stir fry right on the grill.

@kangaroo5383 💯Grilling brings out a whole new flavor dimension -- Maillard reaction FTW! It pairs really well with meats (e.g., with grilled pork belly, or as a hamburger topping), and is also delightful on its own as a side dish.
