@greateranglia Hi, I have bought a season ticket starting tomorrow and somehow accidentally linked it to an old smartcard I don't have anymore. I have to travel early tomorrow before the smartcard helpline opens - please can you advise? Thanks.

@AllianzAssistUK made a claim on 11/04. No update at all since 20/04 despite 3 chasing emails. Complained 2 weeks ago, still no reply. Will be going to ombudsman unless I hear in the next few days. Terrible service!

Have been pleased to see the building work at the school progressing during recent weeks - the pupils deserve great facilities.
