First Nations students from across Manitoba gathered for two inspiring days focused on mental health, resilience, and self-care. Youth heard powerful stories from Ocean Bruyere and Rylee Nepinak, enjoyed workshops, a fashion show, Magoo Crew performances, and wrestling. 💫

On February 24–25, science teachers gathered for two days of hands-on learning, exploring Arduino circuits and STEM innovation. Discussions with Andy Thomas and Robert Belton connected science with culture and identity, ending with a collaborative roundtable. ✨

➕✨ George Saunders Memorial School hosted its 3rd Annual MathFest on Feb 24–25! Students tackled fun math stations, challenges, and prize-filled activities that built teamwork and confidence. 🏆 Quiz Bee winners will represent GSMS at the 1st Inter-MFNSS MathFest in Winnipeg.
