Create your account by registering with: Your Full Name Email Address Phone Number (you will receive an OTP code for verification). Verify your account using the OTP sent to your phone. Add your LinkedIn profile. Upload your Résumé or CV. Submit a Government issued physical ID card. Important: It must be a real physical ID, not a computer generated document. Complete Face or Video verification on the Outlier platform. After that, the next step is to Verify your skills. Verify your communication skills, they will ask you basic questions. Next wait to be matched with a project called Aether. Once that is done I will step in on this stage and complete the onboarding process and we start tasking there. @lawrenx_ It’s minimum wage in other demos. So not worth the constant convos. So other guys do it as a side gig and work very little hours. Don’t think I’ve ever worked more than 3hrs a day sometimes when I have the chance
