酵母を用いてミトコンドリアの形態と機能の関係を調べた研究。呼吸に特化した数珠状のミトコンドリア形態を発見し、「Ringo」と名付けた🍎。Ringoには多数の狭窄が見られ、その形成には分裂因子Dnm1が必要。Ringoの形成が阻害されるとmtDNA分布に異常が生じる。nature.com/articles/s4146…
