Councils don’t have the properties to house all those who will now be homeless …. We told you this was a bad idea.
With a contract, or in any industry, both parties must be seen to have rights, with the law protecting all. When this doesn’t happen the industry falls apart and in this case rents will now increase, landlords will be extremely harsh with how they qualify tenants and housing stock will drop, which will negatively impact tenants the most.
