Why would Windows not let me install a particular new keyboard layout? Other languages are available for installation without any problems. I've tried restarting my computer and deleting another layout (in case I had installed too many). Any ideas?

Hard disagreement. I read into more and more historical and geographical contexts, discovered new literatures & concepts, and linked up things that I had never previously considered connected. With all due respect, but I think Professor Scott has been doing his thesis wrong.

Good news! My workshop "Embedded: The Military as a Patron of the Arts" will take place in cooperation with & at @HGM_Wien, one of the world's oldest and largest military history museums. I can think of no better venue to discuss the relationship between armies and artists.
