Lite Strategy led a $1M strategic investment in @LitecoinVM, the first zero-knowledge Layer 2 built on Litecoin. LitVM brings smart contracts, decentralized finance, and real-world asset tokenization to the Litecoin network. The deal was structured as a SAFE at a $50M post-money cap plus a Token Warrant for up to 2% of LitVM's supply at launch, with governance rights and a seat on its Strategic Advisory Committee. This investment keeps us aligned with development on the network and lets us build alongside ecosystem developers and partners to grow the Litecoin ecosystem. As it matures, we anticipate a programmable layer on Litecoin can make every token in our treasury more productive. That productivity is the first turn of a larger flywheel: as Litecoin's utility grows, so does organic demand for the asset, and a stronger treasury supports accretive capital raises that grow $LTC per share. Each turn of that loop compounds durable value for our shareholders.
