The STEMtastic Educator’s Conference at KCC by I-KAN ROE today was fantastic! We learned about using educational research in the classroom, creating dynamic dialogue in the classroom, and toured the KCC labs.

Nature Journals. Ss made observations up close and far away. They asked questions about the plants and animals they observed.

Ss tested what was inside of the box. Then they made models. Ss then revised their models after student feedback and more testing.

We read “From Here to There and Me to You”. The we built wooden bridges across the pond.

Today was such a great day for my Ss. They were able to hear about the Greek constellations and star stories.
