@MCHammer I can attest to that 🙋‍♀️. I've seen @MCHammer in concert 3 times and his shows STILL rank in my top 5 best...ever!!! Man...that tour with Boyz II Men in the 1991ish...straight 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

When 20 shows was considered a tour, I went out and did a hundred and twenty shows at the highest level of physics. I lost 5-7 pounds of water weight every night. Stayed between 165-170 lbs rehydrated and was hittin’ them 100 pound dumbbells on the declines. Strong like a Lion. 🏋🏿‍♀️ 🕺🏾🔥🎤

What a privilege it has been to get to know and work with Coach Allen the last four years. His attention to detail and work ethic is something else. Enjoyed watching his team play and even practice (those times he questioned why I was still at school). Congrats Coach!
