@VirginAustralia I was disappointed our flight was delayed and then left without us. Your staff were rude and showed no empathy. Bad customer service all round

@VirginAustralia Yes and they charged me another $800 even though it was your aircraft fault that delayed the flight. I was onboard and ready to go and they disembarked the flight and kept changing time. The stubborn ground staff didn't put me on next flight, they just cancelled my ticket
