Besser sah es für den Eventualvorschlag aus: eine Mehrheit der Gemeinderäte stand diesem 2021 positiv gegenüber. Lediglich Gemeinderäte von Gemeinden mit einem im Kantonsdurchschnitt tiefen Steuerfuss, lehnen eine Fusionsförderung durch den Kanton teilweise ab 5/6
