For me, This next 10 days is the most important 10 days of the year. This is the time to be a quiet achiever. Don't grind too much on content. Don't hustle too much publicly. Everyone is at home for the holidays. The audience to hear and see your content is small. But right now you can set yourself up for a MASSIVE 2024 whilst no one is looking 🤫 What I'm focussing on: ✅ Improving my processes (to save time) ✅ Creating my content categories for 2024 ✅ Negotiating with manufacturers for @Bricktopians These 10 days can be the difference between momentum and falling behind. Use them now.

I've officially hit 40,000 🏆 When I started, this number seemed impossible. It's taken A LOT of experimentation to find what works. If you're at the beginning of your journey and you want to use the shortcuts I've found along the way, This is what you need to do when you're just starting out: 1️⃣ If you're under 10k, speak on spaces. Every space you'll come out with new followers, and those followers will like you for you. They will be the ones who engage with your posts, comment on Long Form, etc. 2️⃣ Don't niche down too early. Too many people try to force a niche. At the beginning, go broad and experiment. As you start to hit moments of virality, ask yourself: “Is this something I could write about longterm?” 3️⃣ Volume beats perfection. Most people overthink their posts, spending an entire week tweaking... Only for the post to not perform well... At the beginning I sucked. But I committed to writing 100x Long Form posts. This made me better, faster. And since then growth has been so much easier. 4️⃣ Make friends at a similar size to you and share everything you learn. What works for a 50,000 account won't be the same as what works for a 1,000 account. Find people who have similar goals to you and work together. Share everything that you learn, and you’ll outgrow everyone at your size. (This is what I did at the beginning and still do today)

Every day seeing Pokemon cards, Sneakers & Louis Vuitton items getting tokenised is f*cking bullish. These are the use cases that bring new entrants into Web3.

@AlexIsBuilding Are you ever worried about our strict laws in Australia when posting market thoughts? I’ve always been super careful because of AFSL requirements.

You can grow a personal brand in Web3 with less than 2 hours of work per week. All you need to do is prepare 7 tweets in these 3 categories (one of each per day): 1. GMs [easy] 2. Your NFT / Web3 Market Thoughts 3. Something you're learning about in Web3

@AlexIsBuilding I feel this is the only option these days - trying to keep up with everything in Web3 is just impossible. I’ve now decided to focus on specific areas I’m interested in 👍

Don't forget, you can take a break from Web3. Enjoy the journey, go at your own pace. We'll be here waiting for you when you get back.

Fudding is not how you do it Crying on 𝕏 is not how you do it Calling a project a rug is not how you do it The only way to do it is Actually provide feedback Raise your concerns in a respectful manner Provide founders with genuine feedback, and offer solutions You can’t shed light on 100 problems, provide no solutions, and expect for a project founder to fix them overnight Yes, you have money invested... but founders are people too Start treating them like it

Today, I'm the world's #1 reply guy. In just a few months, I went from having zero followers to 45,000. Looking back, it took almost 100,000 replies to get here. But I don't regret any of them... I replied over 1000 times a day, and that's what got me here. I knew it wasn't just luck, but hard work and focus that mattered. I didn't pay attention to confusing algorithm rules. In facts I faced more than 10 shadowbans, but they were all part of the journey. Shadowbans are challenges you can overcome. With time, 𝕏 adjusts to your activity, so keep your focus on what truly matters. Connecting with your community and providing value. No matter where you are on your journey, remember that hard work and determination will help you reach your goals. Keep going, engage, and LFGROW together!
