@CommunityCare @NikiShaw4 interesting debate, but one I would support. Not only is it about fair and equal pay, but about being the best practitioner possible. the frequency of moving around only enables a percentage of learning & professional development!

We all have tools around us to help promote our mental health. It may be hard to see at times, some need to look a little deeper for tools available to help us thrive. Today we’ve taken a morning to be in the great outdoors, which promotes our mental health #WorldMentalHealthDay

@VanessaHodge Completely agree with this!! Started my social work career in the care sector and I can confidently say I wouldn’t be who I am now without that experience xx

@mich_thorne Do you need me to bring chocolate cupcakes... I did notice the shop had some tasty looking ones earlier 😂😂🤣
English

@mich_thorne 😥 I can't imagine having to do that everyday... That wouldn't be good for anyone's wellbeing! Hopefully having the flexibility to work from home will help

What a fab idea! The fight against prejudices. Each person has a title "unemployed", "refugee", "bipolar" etc - but by listening to their story, you realise how much you shouldn't "judge a book by its cover". Innovation at its best 🙌🏼humanlibrary.org 🌈💛 #unjudgesomeone
