As someone who has worked very closely with Secretary Eleanor Chen, I know she is a fighter. Eleanor Chen is the future of the Democratic Party. That's why I am endorsing Eleanor Chen for DNC Chair!

Tonight I had the honor to attend the DOE's teacher appreciation night dinner. As an educator myself events like these are so important to support. I also reflect on Mr. Reddington's words to see more children in BUSA. That's why we built BUSA's only elementary school.

I FULLY support the National Redistricting Act. As an Independent Governor, we cannot stand for any of the partisan games being played in other states to further their extreme agendas. I will continue to support legislation that slows the RADICAL expansion of these states.

I will NOT be appointing any other state offices as governor. I do not believe it is my role to appoint any office other than Lt. Gov. We do not need to expand state offices when BUSA itself is based on our federal government. On top of that, so many jobs are open federally.

S.J. RES. 35001 - I voted "NO" - I voted "No" due to the restrictions on governors. While I support expanding the powers of the Vice-President, I do not believe that governments should be limited to the top 5 states. I believe that the top 5 votes overall would be better. (2/2)

My Recent votes on the Constitutional Amendment Referendum. H.J.Res. 3404 - I voted "YES" - I voted "yes" due to my belief that everyone should be close with the people they represent. People in Florida should not cast votes on behalf of Michigan. (1/2)

I had the privilege to submit my vote for Michigan Governor. I did this at Liberty Community Schools where I also have the honor to serve as superintendent. We fought hard and reached out to Michiganders. Now we wait for election results.

I will also say this, I support SCOTUS and their role in our democracy. The judicial branch works great in our systems of checks and balances. However, as I citizen of these united states, I will call out injustice in my eyes. Democracy is not perfect, but we can do better.

As Michigan Governor, I will fight hard against such rulings. Everyone should have a voice. I cannot guarantee a change, but I can guarantee my support for change. I back up my words with action, and as governor I will use my position to push back.

I want to make my position on the SCOTUS ruling for governors clear. I believe EVERYONE should have the right to vote for governors all across the United States, just like our congressional elections. I also believe ANY state should have the right to a governor/government.
