You can believe whatever you want... But I promise you... If you do not surround yourself with visual reminders of the life you want... ...and put in the work to visualize yourself living that life... You are missing one of the most important components to building your dream life. The universe will deliver what you tell it you want and are willing to work hard as fuck for. I 100% believe that it takes both of these aspects. I've witnessed far too many examples of this in my life to dismiss this as truth. A lot of people work really hard but don't tell the universe what they want... ...and because of this... They don't get much. Don't underestimate the power that visualization can have in your life. You will regret it.

Coaches don’t recruit talent. They recruit certainty.

If you aren't already doing it... You need to learn to say the word "No." Say it often. Say it unapologetically. Setting clear boundaries for yourself and others is one of the best things you can do. Not only for your sanity... But also for your progression in life. There's nothing wrong with saying "no." You aren't being selfish. You aren't letting people down. You aren't being a dick. You're being mindful of your own peace and productivity, both of which are extremely important elements of building the life you truly want. So do yourself a favor... Learn to say "No." You'll spare yourself a lot of anger and frustration as a result.

The day you live should mirror the life you want to live.

We all know people who go out to start something new... ...and instead of giving their new venture their 100% committed effort... They "give it a try" to justify their half-ass execution and protect their ego when they fail. This is why these people lose. "Trying" is not doing. Doing is doing. Doing well over time is how you win. "Trying" is an excuse that lazy uncommitted people use as a scapegoat to avoid taking the actions required to produce a real result. "Well ... I tried." Bullshit. If you actually want to accomplish anything significant in your life... Quit trying. Start doing. Do it long enough to do it well. Then keep going. People who "try" are people who fucking lose. Period.

The loudest sound in recruiting is a silent inbox. 🤐 No replies doesn't always mean 'No.' It usually means 'I’m busy.' The difference between a walk-on and a scholarship player is often just the 3rd follow-up email.
