@Trenciarte Disagree bc as a basketball coach I dealt with shitty refs all season. They were doing horrible, missing blatantly easy calls, & tried to excuse it as their first time. I politely told them “it’s your job, you’re getting paid for it. Don’t ruin the game for the kids”
