God can do all things. The problem is that you have not gathered enough evidence of His faithfulness. Not because the evidence doesn’t exist. But because you’ve ignored it. You’ve called it luck. You’ve called it coincidence. You’ve called it a small thing. And so you’ve failed to acknowledge Him. Think about David. Before facing Goliath, David didn’t begin with the giant. He began with the evidence. “The Lord who delivered me from the lion and the bear will deliver me from this Philistine also.” David’s confidence wasn’t blind. It was built. Built on remembered victories. Built on acknowledged faithfulness. Built on evidence. And only after bringing forth the evidence did he confront the present challenge. That’s the pattern. Before you ask God for the next thing, take time to reflect on the previous things. Think deeply about the prayers He answered. The doors He opened. The dangers He kept you from. The provisions you overlooked. The strength He gave you when you should have broken. Those “little things” you dismissed are actually your evidence. And evidence produces confidence. Confidence produces trust. And trust gives you the courage to place your present problems in God’s hands. Many people are waiting for God to prove Himself again. Meanwhile, God is waiting for them to acknowledge what He has already done. What you acknowledge, you remember. What you remember, you trust. And what you trust, you can confidently place in God’s hands.
