But if we are busy less, we could have more peace in our lives - a clearer sense of meaning and purpose. Each day, you have 24 hours, 1440 minutes, or 86,400 seconds. That's all the time you have each day. Spend it well. (2/3)

You're busy. I'm busy. There's busyness all around us. But what would happen if we just stopped being so busy and we were busy-less? I think we cloud ourselves with so much things to do because sometimes we feel like if we didn't do them, we wouldn't be valuable enough. (1/3)
