Cincy’s first “stop-bump” has been installed at 13th and Pendleton! This pilot project will determine whether or not the small asphalt bump eliminates stop sign running, which is prevalent at this location.

Does your paper establish a baseline for what would be considered "underdeveloped" by comparing Charlottesville to other similar cities (size, demographicsz zoning regime)? If not, how would we know that it is in fact underdeveloped, and not averagely or even overdeveloped?

It appears the quartet wasn't arrested, which leaves us with a few possibilities. 1. The men arrived Friday night but left before police arrived Saturday. 2. They were present Saturday but somehow evaded authorities. 3. The mystery men weren't there at all?

@michaelcparisi @jakefmooney It was written to convince enough faculty senators to vote against a resolution condemning the decision to call VSP (and carefully avoided singling out Ryan). It was sent to all members of the faculty senate ahead of Friday’s vote. The resolution was voted down

This lawyerly distinction may be too fine for some, but I read this letter more as support for Jim Ryan's presidency (vs. door #2?) than for the use of state police. The 1st paragraph swerves around supporting the latter, affirming the decision's good intentions but not results.

The September 12-13th Board of Visitors meeting will be the first with a majority of Youngkin appointees. That has to be one piece informing a lot of what's happening at UVA right now, wish I knew more about exactly how though.
