@H3MMYG @waqyyy @majornelson That was what I was trying to get to… with twitter and character limits sometimes it is hard. Rarely cables are made that meet proper specs, and testers for that are expensive. He explained everything in the video. He even pointed to e-waste in the video.

USB C solved a lot of problems, but it also created a new one for me. Can anyone recommend a USB C Cable tester that shows a cable's charging protocol, max xfer speed and any other relevant data that sets each cable apart from a seemingly similar one?

@SenatorShaheen If anyone wants to know why Canada is doing what we are doing with respect to the US… ask. The answer is pretty simple, the solution on the other hand that is more difficult.

The Administration needs to stop insulting Canada. It doesn't help our New Hampshire economy and only pushes Canadian businesses further toward China.

@majornelson The video explains testing and the differences between different cables and goes through testing of cables. The equipment to test the cables they didn’t purchase as it was expensive. They found quality from most manufacturers didn’t meet specifications.

Following up: I am sure the LTT cables are good, but I already have a hundred or so USB C cables. Instead of creating more e-waste I'd like to use them, but I need more information about what each cable is capable of to properly label and deploy them in my life!

Great first time in Canada 🇨🇦 Thanks to everyone who gave me tips and recommendations during these last couple of weeks I had a blast exploring Montreal Quebec as well as Toronto and Niagara Falls in Ontario next visit I wanna see Vancouver and Banff I’ll be back again soon 🫡

@briangarrett Jasper is a couple hours north of Banff. You would be able to see them both. I would also recommend Drumheller, Alberta as well and visit the Royal Tyrrelll Museum. It is Canada’s only paleontology museum dedicated to the study of ancient life. They actively dig for fossil onsite

My name is Chris and I’m an alcoholic. Today is day number 35 and I dedicate this Saturday to my beautiful oldest daughter. Normally I would wake up on Saturday morning taking shooters until I would pass out. Wake up 5-6 hours later and continue this cycle until Sunday night. @mobinfiltrator @NiagRegPolice Unfortunately yes, and it isn’t that actual officers, more that they are completely understaffed and are unable to recruit new officers into the area. I met lots of great officers while i was there and it was frustrating for them too. This is the case elsewhere too.

Quick story about @NiagRegPolice Is this police incompetence? Wife owned a gym in #Welland, #Ontario. 3AM call from officers, we'd been broken into. They got the suspect. He'd fallen asleep. It was a 45 minute drive from Hamilton. Arrived, glass door smashed in. Easily looking at $700 to repair. "Where is he?" "We gave him a promise to appear and drove him home." They released him for a break and enter? I go inside, come back out. "Did you search him?" "No!" "There's $650 missing from petty cash." "Oh." I never heard from them again. Out $1,400 in the end. No call. No disposition. I had someone check the report. They'd shown it as a mischief and not even mentioned the stolen money. Just a really terrible, incompetent service.
