Also some new employees will flame out really fast, so some of the costs may be understated!

Here’s my best guess on the “cost” of turnover of a single employee:
Recruiters time: $1000
Job postings: $500
Re-training / onboarding: $16,000
Uniforms: $400
IT onboarding/ setup: $1000
TOTAL: $18,900

I don't understand why the media is so adamant that Haley's efforts are futile. Haley had a 1:1 match-up for under a week and came within 10 points of beating a guy who used to be president. That's a good outcome!
