If you take ATL away from the black culture we will have no good music for 25 years, no real entrepreneurial influence, no safe haven for blacks who have dreams to move to and build, and no real examples of how black men from a city can stick together, squash differences, and learn to not hate on other men.
So so at the end of the day ATL is black American standard whether people want to admit it or not.

People are so emotionally triggered by the fact that I've been bearish for over a year now?
Don't understand why.
If you just listened and sold the top in 2025 when i announced i was selling you would be in a happier place rn.
Anyway I still stand by lower lows coming in 2026.
ONLY THEN does the bull run begin!

@hierophantic10 @BowTiedHRT @peptidepirate Just explained how to dose without side effects. Free info here. I should charge you a fee for this.
English

@michaelkel8469 @BowTiedHRT @peptidepirate Dude how hard is it understand different people need different doses and side effects exist lmao I’m as pro Reta as anyone but also not blind

@hierophantic10 @BowTiedHRT @peptidepirate Then you don’t have pure reta. Get it from a reperable source
English

@michaelkel8469 @BowTiedHRT @peptidepirate Dude I’ve done all that, trying to tell you it’s different for everyone.
English

@hierophantic10 @BowTiedHRT @peptidepirate .75 is plenty for weight loss. After about 4 weeks the appetite suppression will kick in and or you can up your dose
English

@michaelkel8469 @BowTiedHRT @peptidepirate That’s only .75mg a week and well below where any appetite suppression began. Moral of the story some people just get sides more than others.
English

@hierophantic10 @BowTiedHRT @peptidepirate If u did .25 mg 3 times a week I bet everything would be ok
English

@michaelkel8469 @BowTiedHRT @peptidepirate Not really. I have the skin tingling at 2mg and RHR bump immediately upon starting at .5mg.
English

@Trell1s1and @ErcoleDistefano @LiberalHivemind You can’t not be a threat after acting like that. Just because he walked out the store doesn’t mean the situation is in a safe place
English

@michaelkel8469 @ErcoleDistefano @LiberalHivemind You intentionally misunderstood the point… red was in the wrong but he was leaving the store an was no longer a threat especially to the white guy
English

Justified killing?
I think so.
Dane@UltraDane
Holy crap, no hesitation, just affirmative actions.
English

@ErcoleDistefano @LiberalHivemind So holding a gun out in a store saying you are going to kill someone is ok?
English

@LiberalHivemind He wasn't robbing anyone, he didn't point it at anyone, and he was leaving.
Is that a legal gray area?
English

@BowTiedHRT @peptidepirate If u got high heart rate and or skin tingling then ur dose is too high. It is that simple
English

@peptidepirate It’s going to be really interesting to see how this one plays out.
I think Reta (I know) is the better compound all around, but I do believe the side effect profile with heart rate, skin tingling, and sleep disturbances are going to impact the significant number of its users.
English

@thewayleftBV @C_3C_3 You just proved that white is the dominate race and shouldn’t be torn down by others
English

@C_3C_3 Wahhhh 😢😢😢☹️
Poor white people.....
Some numbers for u:
90% of Fortune 500 CEOs are white men
65% of billionaires are white
72% of college presidents are white men
Poor white people...a minority that has never had it better
Go cry in the corner with your white friends

Rasmr reveals spending $900/month on Hinge is the new method...
"You buy boosts, its $30/day, do it like 10 times and you literally have the craziest roster in history"
"If other guys are buying boosts they aren't even showing your profile to girls, so you buy the boosts and girls will like you first and it gives you a way higher chance"
"You don't need to spend time jestering, thinking of one liners for random girls... just hit boost every day for 30 days and you get the craziest roster of all time"

@Bitcoin_Teej Roth IRA like only 7k a year? Also you don’t actually own the bitcoin? Sign me up
English

You can put Bitcoin in a Roth IRA and never pay taxes on the gains. Ever. Bitcoin goes from $72,000 to $500,000 inside a Roth. You pull it out in retirement. The IRS gets zero. You keep everything. Most people don't know crypto is allowed in retirement accounts. You need a self directed IRA custodian companies like iTrustCapital or Alto IRA set this up. It's legal. It's been legal for years. And almost nobody is doing it.

@Clavicular0 You're too smart to risk so much. Play but not so hard and you're running with a snaky crew so beware.
English

@drmarlonperalta No but mentioning total testosterone levels but describing free testosterone symptoms is low iq. How you feel and sexual function is all about your free levels. Total is basicly a meaningless number.

At 160mg/week - I had my testosterone at 1030 ng/dL with TRT (up from my abysmal 200's).
I wanted to see what going up to 1200-1300 would be like, so we tried 200 mg/week.
Within 2 weeks, libido dropped off. Erections inconsistent. Drive there mentally, body not cooperating.
I'm not alone. It's a classic consequence I see all the time.
Lots of guys experience this (and my last newsletter on how to dial in libido on TRT absolutely killed because of it). Especially when some clinics cookie-cutter everyone on 200mg/week to start.
So what's happening?
Penile tissue runs on DHT. Testosterone is the raw material. DHT is the active compound. Estradiol determines whether DHT gets to work.
In this case, the increase pushed me above my sweet spot for estrogen.
High E2: penile numbness, muted climax, flat libido
You have lots of options:
-decrease test dose (if your E2 is way out of range)
-increase dose frequency (if your E2 is slightly out of range)
-add an aromatase inhibitor (ie aromasin)
-add a DHT derivative that also inhibits aromatase (primo/masteron)
Something that happens often...
Guys crash E2 from aggressive AI use. Now they have achy joints, zero drive, loss of sensation.
Same shitty outcome. Opposite directions.
What to track:
- DHT: 55-95 ng/dL
- E2: 20-35 pg/mL (most guys I see feel great here, but everyone is different, and some guys need it higher)
Looking back, I personally could have tried bumping it up 20mg, from 160 to 180mg/week, before going straight to 200. But you live and learn.
The simplest solution - decrease the dose to where you don't need to manage estrogen, because adding in more and more compounds sucks.
But my clients who've dialed this in describe it the same way every time. It's insane how different things feel.
That's what TRT is supposed to deliver.

Your mother’s breast milk gave you the most powerful gut repair compound on Earth:
Lactoferrin.
You haven’t had it since.
Your gut lining is one cell thick. One cell between your blood and a river of bacterial toxins.
When they get through, the damage is systemic:
LPS in the bloodstream triggers insulin resistance (PMID: 17456850)
LPS drives visceral fat accumulation (PMID: 17456850)
C. LPS triggers chronic low-grade inflammation — the driver behind fatigue that sleep doesn’t fix (PMID: 17456850)
Belly fat. Brain fog. Metabolic dysfunction. All starting with a leaky gut.
83% of mice died from a single lethal dose of endotoxin given by researchers. The group given lactoferrin first? 83% survived.
Lactoferrin grabs those toxins and neutralizes them before they get through. Then it rebuilds the wall — upregulating claudin-1, occludin, and ZO-1. The proteins that hold your gut barrier together.
Probiotics add bacteria. Glutamine feeds the lining. Collagen gives it building blocks. None of them do both.
Lactoferrin neutralizes the damage AND rebuilds the barrier. Offense and defense. One compound.
I get asked which one I take on almost every post. This is it — the one I never cycle off:
collabs.shop/f0cs1x
PMID: 10704062 | Not medical advice. Aff link.
Want to know if your gut barrier is compromised? I built a free 2-min assessment.
Comment GUT and I’ll send it.

@gregogallagher @pat_the_dentist The fact that you measure testosterone level in total and not free proves that you don’t know what you are talking about. Your knowledge is just not in this topic
English

@pat_the_dentist This can almost always be improved to 500-600+
English

The reality about TRT that no one talks about:
We actually don’t have long-term data on men running testosterone in the 800–1200 range via TRT.
Most studies look at hypogonadal men going from roughly 250–350 ng/dL up to 450–600.
That’s restoration, not optimization.
So when a healthy guy jumps on TRT to push levels higher…
we’re basically running a 30-year experiment with no long-term data.
Meanwhile his natural production shuts down, fertility drops, and he’s now dependent on injections for life.
If you can maintain solid testosterone naturally, TRT isn’t “optimization.”
It’s often trading a healthy endocrine system for a pharmaceutical one with potential unknown long-term consequences.
