@Saikmedi @Dontcallmejunor @NYC_essentialSW Does a medical condition not exist in someone unless it’s dxed? Does it exist if there’s no test to specifically find it?
Who’s failing to do the “heavy lifting” here? Would YOU do it for a patient whose reported symptoms you seem to refuse to take seriously?

@Bupolo_ @WiredApe @kristenmag @NYC_essentialSW You wrote, “A test shows whether you're gluten intolerant right?
I think a lot of people just assume they are without being tested. But it's certainly a thing for a finite few, just like immune compromised.”
No, you’re not agreeing with me.
English

@Bupolo_ @WiredApe @kristenmag @NYC_essentialSW You also wrote, “Would be like me not listening to a client about why a witness may be important.
It may be important, I need to hear all the reasons why before make a call.”
Does a medical condition not exist unless a doctor dxes it? Lots of people seem to think so.

@Saikmedi @Dontcallmejunor @NYC_essentialSW What are you basing your opinion on, other than just general contrariness? Because there’s a lot of research showing NCGS is real, and it’s not exactly difficult to find.

@Saikmedi @Dontcallmejunor @NYC_essentialSW A lot of people live undxed w/ things like crohn’s and IBS. I was sero neg for celiac before repeat confirmation via endoscopy.
If they report symptoms get better w/o gluten, as a dr, why not listen? Why is it easier for you to believe they’re lying or stupid?
English

@Saikmedi @Dontcallmejunor @NYC_essentialSW That “likely” does some heavy lifting.
I have endoscopy-confirmed celiac. I see the head of the UCLA celiac program. He says non-celiac gluten intolerance is real.
Gluten intolerance is also a symptom of lots of other autoimmune diseases, MS frequently among them.

@Dontcallmejunor @Saikmedi @NYC_essentialSW Your dad is a doctor to avoid then. There’s tons of published, reputable research into this.

@Saikmedi @NYC_essentialSW My dad, who is a doc, says gluten intolerance is fake.
No clue if he is right or wrong.
Then again my dad is old school and still makes house calls.
English

@Bupolo_ @WiredApe @kristenmag @NYC_essentialSW As for blood tests, I have endoscopy-confirmed celiac. I see the head of the celiac program at UCLA. My diagnosis is certain. I have never once tested positive on a blood test.

@IAPonomarenko “Do you promise to leave if I keep punching myself in the face?”
“Nyet.”
“Then I shall continue.”

@AlexKhrebet How long does it take the Ukrainian farmers to grow their staple tank and missile-battery crops?

@daHawkeyeCaller @KevinRothrock Doesn’t the rest of the sentence kinda contradict the “Poor woman” part?

@Aviation_Intel Right, but what if we did it through some sort of stargate?

This is beyond fantasy. Has no idea what goes into sustaining any of these platforms, let alone in a war zone. It goes downhill from there. Also good luck getting Iran to give us their F-14s.
