@SabbySabs2 Actually, if he pleeds guilty, the judge has to stress test the confession and Tyler will have to provide an accurate accounting of the crime he is confessing to. I think that is a problem for everyone involved and since this is all first appearance stuff, they are stalling.

@SabbySabs2 Once they say that there is (which there isnt, but the FBI swears that there is, they just refuse to produce it) then Tyler can enter a plea and based on that it will be set for pretrial hearing or a Pre Sentance Investigation.

@SabbySabs2 The hearing is to determine if there is probable cause to charge him with a crime and hold him over for trial. Technically, he is not charged with anything yet because the arraignment has not concluded yet and they cant decide if there is any evidence that he should be.
