Label managers and A&Rs, be honest here. How many of you are legitimately signing music blindly (just cause it’s good) and how many of you are signing music based on talent AND socials? I’m not naive I know the numbers game is important because every release is an investment. I’m just curious how many demos get tossed solely because of popularity.
