With 8 teams in each converence. Each converence with their own draft, the number players should be fine and matching playser should be minimal. Another bonus is you can pit to lueages against each other.

If we can’t have it for 2019 we can definitely work towards it for 2020. At the moment you may have to run promotion/relegation style? The other issue with conferences is that number of players available
