A flock of RCSD cars exiting the complex on Longcreek Drive where the homicide occurred. This is still an active and ongoing investigation by authorities. @wachfox

Richland County authorities active here investigating a homicide on the 1600 block of Longcreek Drive. Deputies were dispatched to a shooting here at around 12:30 where they located an unresponsive male, who was pronounced dead at the scene. @wachfox

Governor McMaster putting his official signature on House Bill 4216 here at the State House. The bill drops the income tax rate from 6% to 5.21% in the first year, with the goal of ultimately getting to 0%. @wachfox
