@joelle_emerson @prdgm I clearly need to log in and see what's new on this topic! I feel like we've been doing this -- it's hard to make any impact on DEI efforts if the leaders don't model that behavior each and every day.

@prdgm There's a lot to be concerned about in our space, but the trend of expecting leaders to be more accountable for DEI outcomes is a positive one. If you're prioritizing Inclusive Leadership on your team and want to learn more, I'd love to chat!
