I'll say this: I have a pretty good memory. Not the best, but pretty good. I have moments when I remember stuff I learned in high school that will randomly pop up in conversation, TV commercial jingles from the 70s, and people's phone numbers. But then, there are times I don't remember where I put my car keys, or what I had for dinner two nights ago, or specific things that were said in a conversation I had a month ago. I am constantly astounded by President Biden's ability to recall, in great detail, a vast wealth of knowledge accumulated over decades in government. Not because he's old, but because it's a TON for anyone to remember. And we are fortunate to have a President like him, putting his vast wealth of knowledge and experience to use in guiding us forward. Mind you, he doesn't BRAG about his knowledge, or his memory, or his ability to recall person, woman, man, camera, TV -- people with a solid grasp don't NEED to brag about those things. The ageism and ableism on display from Republicans is repugnant, and should be rejected by all. President FDR, one of our greatest Presidents of all time, led us from a wheelchair. FOR FOUR TERMS. President Biden, in less than four years, has already passed the biggest infrastructure package seen in decades, led us out of a pandemic, and steered our economy to a robust GDP and 15 million jobs. He showed us ALL last week, and continues to demonstrate, that he is more than up to the task of being our President. Does he stumble occasionally or botch his words from time to time? Sure. But who DOESN'T? Half of the members of Congress who are judging him unfairly are stumbling over their own WRITTEN words. He's still 1,000% better than his unbelievably unhinged and unfit predecessor. When I get to be his age, I hope I'm half as effective as President Biden is. FOUR MORE YEARS.

As much as I hate the government misusing its power domestically, I personally cannot find justification in what he did. A man's word, a promise, a vow, especially one given as a condition of access and employment must mean something. In a day gone by we as a nation understood that. Some ends simply do not EVER become the justification of the means. More damage is done to the national soul than whatever mischief the government is into. He had others "means" at his disposal. We do ourselves no favors by honoring dishonesty and deceit.
