I remember going online after the first Sofi concert for PTD LA and being hounded with insane hate. They were saying we weren't loud, we didn't sing along, it was so quiet... all a lie of course. We were all SO LOUD! Phones were automatically dampening the crowd sound with a denoiser, and also... SOFI IS FREAKING WEIRD when it comes to sound and what's going on. I couldn't hear anyone next to me, but all their mouths were open and they were all shouting. It was so strange.
