@MartinSLewis Its a great documentary. I cried too. Mina is an inspirational woman, her strength is unbelievable. They were let done badly at multiple times by the police. Thank goodness they had a great team investigating and getting a conviction.

In tears watching a preview documentary about the vicious murder of sisters Bibaa Henry & Nicole Smallman and the dire lack of interest & botched conduct by the Police when it was reported (never mind the photos shared of their bodies later) As a parent I can't imagine how their mother Mina Smallman dealt with it. I'm watching as she's coming on @GMB tomorrow to talk about it. Its not my usual subject area, but its a story that needs telling, so will do my best.

This feels very hard to write, but earlier I tried to end my life. I’m currently in hospital, awaiting assessment, not sure what the future holds. If anyone has any pet pics (or other cute pics), I’d really appreciate the distraction ❤️

They told us a story about 9/11 — but it doesn't add up. Building 7 fell without a plane. Footage vanished. Passports survived infernos. We weren’t told the truth. We were sold a narrative. And in the smoke, they stole our privacy, power, and trust. We're still being played.

It’s now been 3 weeks since my rapist’s parole hearing. I’m glad to be feeling more like myself again, and have had really productive conversations with politicians in the last week about changing the law to make the system less traumatic. So Happy Friday, cheers to that!🥂
