Don't know if anyone might be able to help but I figured it might be worth a shot. So, if someone had developed a full coherent cosmology theory that derives the cmb from first principles, Hubble both ends, has shown in test ran against the standard to be a better fit by 6 x² using equal parameters, added no invisable or new particles, no new ad hoc, nor paradoxes. Even as far as reducing it to just a few variables and a single knob I would think given the state of things in cosmology would be highly sought after at least to be investigated. Does anyone know the best route to be able to get their theory to the right people and how they might be able to seek some funding if it proved viable?
