I was very proud and privileged to receive the Mayor’s Citizenship Award today from the Mayor of Bridgend for my services to volunteering in the community of Bridgend and South Wales. Every early morning and every late night volunteering to help others was worth every minute.

The last Six Nations game complete, with a well earned win for Wales. (❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿) Several minor injuries dealt with and a chance to say one or two of the few 🇮🇹 words I know, then home in my 🇩🇪 car for a 🇩🇰 beer and a 🇮🇳 curry. Being 🇬🇧 can be a cosmopolitan business.

Charity event for Maggies today. I had to drink beer and a whole bottle of wine to myself!! I’m told I had a good afternoon. I had a good afternoon. A brilliant charity and a very worthwhile cause.

Level 6 Team in the Principality Stadium. 10 mins later, things went nuts and I found myself as part of a hastily mustered spare crew transporting someone to hospital along with other St John Ambulances. Plenty for the CPD portfolio this evening.

@contwirion I was first too, and still am the only one, to go to Uni. I evidently come from a very thick family! Not sure where my grad photo is. I’d do it again too as I really enjoyed it. Wanted to go back for more, but it’s so expensive and I’d rather go on holiday.

@contwirion I’ve never been paternal. I have two nieces whom I love with all my heart, but I never had the desire to have children of my own. Happy to borrow other people’s - and happy to give them back!!

I've always been career focused over being maternal. I spent my entire 30s in agony with both endo and PCOS yet people are still baffled that I'd rather watch my womb burn than have a child at 40

I genuinely thought I'd wake up from my operation and they'd tell me there's nothing wrong with me. 10 years of being dismissed and it was the most severe endometriosis (Stage 4) and took hours to remove as it was deep. Good news though, my minge is no longer stuck to my ass 🙌
