In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
We draw the attention of all neighboring countries and Muslim peoples in the region to the fact that the enemy, defeated on the battlefield and in its attempts to form political alliances against Iran, has resorted to deceit and trickery. As part of a sinister plan, it has copied the Iranian Shahed-136 drone, renamed it the "Lucas drone," and is using it to attack illegitimate targets in regional countries.
The enemy’s goal is to sow suspicion, accuse the Islamic Republic of Iran, and ultimately create division between Iran and neighboring countries, aiming to tarnish the legal and legitimate defensive actions of the Iranian Armed Forces.
Governments and peoples of the region should know that Iran’s defensive doctrine against U.S. military aggression and Israeli attacks is fully lawful and firmly grounded in logic.
As the Islamic Republic has repeatedly stated, it targets only U.S. and Israeli facilities and interests, announcing any target it strikes and taking responsibility for it.
Examples include recent sabotage attacks on centers in friendly and neighboring countries such as Turkey, Kuwait, and Iraq, which were falsely attributed to the Iranian Armed Forces.
Wise responses by officials of those countries to these deceptive and malicious moves can thwart this conspiracy at its outset. Succumbing to the enemy’s deception and divisive tactics will only encourage its expansion.
It is therefore essential to trust one another and maintain unity and cooperation to make the foreign aggressor regret continuing these malicious acts.
