@Hajj_nusuk on my account, it shows ‘Awaiting biometric data’ for me in the Visa Inquiry section - but not for my husband, he is a companion on my account. We applied for the visa and submit our biometrics together. Why is there a difference in the current status? #Nusuk_Hajj

#nusuk_hajj Just received an email from a local Hajj and Umrah operator that they have been given permission to take a group from the UK. They have roughly 200 visas. It's for the deluxe vip package staying at the Hilton. The prices £14,500 each 2 sharing, £11,990 each quad.

@Hajj_nusuk I have done my biometric fingerprint which also been successfully as I get email from mofa few days ago, But today on my Nusuk profile about visa enquiry still asking for biometric need to be done . Can you advice shall I wait till you update Nusuk profile properly or

@nondelasense @Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En They are leaving these cases as if they will resolve themselves. They need to assign someone from the team to make contact with Saudi London Embassy or MOFA and find out what the delay is, it may be something simple which Nusuk can then address.

@Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En Many people who have applied on 05/05/23 have had zero response. Upon emailing @Hajj_nusuk multiple times over the span of a week I was responded to on 21/05/23 with the following, how am I supposed to know if I need to do anything if no one is communicating that across to me?

@Din_veisel95 @Hajj_nusuk @nondelasense @MoHU_En Salaams, if from UK, you have to also submit biometrics (via biometrics app) if you have not recently provided them before. Apparently this is also required for issuing of visa. If not from UK, then issue may be something else.

@sweetibiza100 @Hajj_nusuk If from UK, we are also told now to submit biometrics via the biometrics app for visa to be issued. I have not heard yet of any confirmations from those whom have submitted, but this is the latest instruction (for UK only).

@Hajj_nusuk I did this on Saturday and the status showed as submitte and I have an ID number given. How long does it take from submitted to visa issued or declined so I can try again please

Hello, I have made transfers to Nusuk The money went out of the account on May 9th and 10th but we didn't get any confirmation from Nusuk We called @Hajj_nusuk but couldn't reach them The deadline is tomorrow and we are afraid that our booking will be cancelled @GulfIntlBank

@shahalam789 @Hajj_nusuk Those whom haven't ever provided biometrics and are now applying for Hajj, Nusuk have mentioned you must also in parallel submit your biometrics via the app. It seems that this is the hold-up for UK, but Allah (SWT) knows best.

@Hajj_nusuk do Uk applicants complete the biometrics once VISA has been approved? Still haven’t had vids confirmation as of yet how long will this take?

@MAelgandy @Hajj_nusuk For those in UK, we have been told that in addition, we have to use the biometrics apps to send in biometric details. Will be a different issue if outside of UK.

@Hajj_nusuk Thank you. but I am waiting for getting Visa for around 3 weeks after paying the whole fee. I called Nusuk who said just wait. till when! the answer was we don't know. when some passports get the Visa automatically at the same time they paid money.

@microvertices @MoHU_En Biometrics have been completed by most which I understand, however Nusuk nor anyone else from Saudi have communicated this across. Hence my question to them.
