It’s a busy day at the Hacienda outside Temperature is about 46°. We got the new pit boss preseasoned broken in and ready to go yesterday today we are doing chicken legs and thighs 2 racks of baby back ribs and 2 Boston pork butts that’s not including what she put on the griddle.
