This story either isn’t true or there are many things omitted.
When the FTC sues you for things like this they come after all of your revenue.
As business owners we know revenue does not equal profit so the FTC essentially wants to put you in a position where every single dollar you have is taken from you.
You have to tell them all your assets, if you lie they will throw you in jail. They will tally up all your assets and settle for what they are worth.
In this case his friend was sued and the only $ he had to his name was $1,000,000 so the FTC took it.
@RobertFreundLaw feel free to chime in here …..
PS Alex you post so much dumb shit that I glance over and don’t repost but I’ve heard “FTC doenst take everything” from all the young guys so many times that I figured I at least have to comment on this.

last week might have been the moment El Salvador became Dubai 2.0, and nobody is talking about it:
> safest country in the western hemisphere for 4 years in a row
> no middle east war or fallout risk
> 0% tax on all foreign-sourced income
> 0% property tax
> dollarized economy
> bitcoin is legal tender, 0% cap gains tax
> inflation under 1%
> 90-min direct flights to Miami for <$200
> 4-6 hour flights to SFO and NYC for <$400
> world-class surfing
> democratically elected president w/ 85%+ approval rating.
> first country to give open-source AI developers full legal protection
> first country with a sovereign order of NVIDIA's B300 chips
> @elonmusk grok AI in 1M+ public school kids' hands
> democratically elected president with a 85%+ approval rating
> world-class surfing
> locally grown coffee, tropical fruit, grass-fed beef - not a supermarket import economy
> huge variety of climates - volcanoes, mountains, lakes, and beaches — 12c in the highlands, 34c on the coast
> strong christian culture and deep sense of faith
> same timezone as US East Coast
> country investing massively in public education

you are COOKED if you can't make $20K+ per month online in 2025
> you can use AI to generate 300 posts in 15 minutes
> you can put words in a document and sell it 1000x for $50+ each
> or generate a 120 page ebook in 5 minutes and sell for $500 per copy (2x sales per day for $1K daily)
> you can get millions of views without spending a penny on ads
> you can hire workers for $2.50/hr

We built a $720K per year AI automation engine in 90 days and here's the exact technical stack and sales process :
For every 100 people that talk about AI agencies, 99 of them don't talk about the actual implementation.
I've helped more than 30 entities launch AI automation agencies.
