@Midcontinent why does your internet service suck so bad at my house? I’ve had techs out, once 2x in one day, yet every freaking day it’s frustrating to work b/c my internet freezes up constantly. It didn’t used to be like this.

Why do ISPs have such bad UI/UX and communication? @Midcontinent went out here at around 8:45 local time. Ok. It happens. Go to their app. Login. No outage. Ok. Reboot modem. No change. Wait a bit. Contact CS chat. “Oh, there’s an outage there.” Your status doesn’t say that /1
