@SophiaNarwitz If you were to nerf Marie without making her not be in control of her powers, blood type should factor into her powers, maybe O+ is really easy, AB- is really hard, V is even harder, V1 is almost impossible. Thats how you balance and powerscale properly

It would have been exceptionally lame for a spin-off show character with little presence in the main series to dispatch Homelander as it’d be a massive disservice to the main arc of the show, but given how powerful they built her up to be, they still could have found a way to work her into the final season a bit more. Perhaps introducing a new powerful villain who helps Homelander and letting her hold him off while The Boys try to finish up a mission. Among other things she could aid with.
