@riteshagar I thought this is just me but it is happening all over India. worst part is Oyo don't do anything about this and the customer are suffering I wonder how long this app will be able to sustain. Currently this app is total scam. Whoever is reading don't ever use thie app. I am done

@riteshagar When I tried to contact the customer care she said complaint has been registered then she gave details of another hotel where the scenario was same as well. After hours of this headache , had to find the hotel myself which was Oyo flagship as well but he made offline booking .
